Built around the way you live.

“Remodeling and building an addition to a 1902 brick farmhouse proved to be a challenge, but Dennis Thiel was able to resolve each issue. He utilized the architectural qualities i.e. cream city brick and archways from doors and windows to create a beautiful look to the addition. He had wonderful ideas for using one of our stained glass windows in the archway. His workers did an amazing job on the finish work that completed the look we wanted. Dennis was always patient with our decisions and kept us informed throughout the project. We were very pleased.”

1902 Farmhouse Remodel

“Dennis helped take our late 1800s house and add to it, preserving the history and the look of a simple farmhouse of its time and turning it into a wonderful place to live. He helped us with lots of ideas and was always honest and did what he said he would do in a timely fashion. He held subcontractors accountable to his high standards. Dennis and his team were just a fun group to work with and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.”

Before and After Remodel

“Dennis Thiel Builders built our home for us about five years ago. We were very concerned about the heating cost due to building out in the country. He is very knowledgeable about the current ways to lower the cost of heating a home. Dennis presented to us several options to upgrade and improve the efficiency of our home. We are extremely happy that we were informed about these options and very glad that we agreed to his recommendations. With our home size being 1733 sq. ft., the last four years average of LP gas bills were $811. (LP price of $1.59 ave.)”

We would like to say Thank You for the wonderful job you did on our new garage and remodelig projets. We truly could not have asked for more during the whole process and greatly appreciate all of your hard work and patience. You gave great suggestions and advice that other contractors did not give us. We would highly recommend Dennis Thiel Builders to anyone!
